GROUND FLOOR 3BR/4B 2,800 sq ftVilla steps from pool and beach! Nothing is more convenient for the family than walking off your patio directly into the expansive pool with a swim-up bar, cozy hot tub, or down to the beach. Great finishes with marble floors and granite counters. Four total beds (2 kings and 2 queens) with two pull out sofas. Four bathrooms. Enjoy cooking your own meals with a built-in grill and full kitchen, or visit the list of top restaurants nearby!

There is a master suite and guest suite each with a king size bed, five-piece bathrooms, jacuzzi tubs, his/her sinks, and sliding doors to the patio. One of the master bedrooms also has a sofa bed. The third bedroom has two queen beds and a full bathroom. All bathrooms have marble floors and granite counters. All of the bedrooms have a TV and there are Rokus available for smart TV apps.

The kitchen has an upgraded custom granite counter top bar along with all the appliances needed for home cooking - stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator. Other appliances include coffee maker, blender and full size pantry. There is also a washer and dryer located off the kitchen for laundry. **The water is filtered and drinkable at La Estancia

The family room has a sofa bed along with two leather chairs and a TV. The dining table is large and seats six people. There is also a bathroom with shower located off the family room.

The expansive patio has another dining table, lay-down beach chairs and a built-in grill. You can walk directly from the patio to the pool or beach. One of the master bedrooms has two private patios not connected to the main patio.

Note: Each sofa bed is 60"x72" in diameter. This is a little small for an adult but great for younger children.

A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, and even shop for groceries! Extra charge for shopping and groceries.

The resort guests are offered all of the amenities of a 5 star resort, including: 24 hour front desk service & security, concierge, tour desk for excursions, maid service & amenities, room service for charge, multiple restaurants on site and next door, a business and fitness center, tennis courts, a beautiful pool and beachfront swimming area, and ocean view hot tubs.
